Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Executive Coach with experience supporting executives and senior leaders in both professional development and mental wellness. The ideal candidate will be adept at guiding clients through complex emotional and psychological challenges while also enhancing their leadership, strategic thinking, and resilience. This role is pivotal in helping leaders overcome barriers, improve well-being, and reach both personal and professional goals.


Responsibilities:
* Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with executives and senior leaders, focusing on performance improvement, leadership growth, and personal well-being.

* Work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and addiction, using empathetic listening, validated tools, and strategies to support their mental health.

* Assess clients' strengths, growth areas, and mental wellness needs, creating personalized coaching plans that align with their goals.

* Use a blend of methodologies (e.g., Emotional Intelligence, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness) to support transformational change.

* Provide accountability and support as clients work through professional challenges and personal struggles.

* Stay current with best practices in executive coaching, mental health, and wellness to bring new insights and techniques to sessions.

* Collaborate with clients to ensure coaching aligns with their broader business objectives and personal growth needs.


Qualifications:

 • Certification with a recognized coaching or mental health organization (e.g., ICF, EMCC, or equivalent) preferred.

 • Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Coach, Therapist, or Counselor, especially in areas supporting clients with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or addiction.

 • Background in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field is highly valued.

 • Exceptional communication, empathy, and active listening skills.

 • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly assess and adapt to diverse client needs.

 • Demonstrated ability to build trust, provide emotional support, and foster accountability with clients.

 • Flexibility to work with clients in different time zones or travel for in-person sessions if required.
